Audited every UI surface and reduced hundreds of one-off styles to a primitive → semantic → component token architecture.

Designed and built 120+ components in Figma and React with parity enforced by Storybook and visual regression tests.

Wrote the documentation as a product: usage rules, do/don't examples, and migration guides per team.

Ran a phased migration so each product adopted the system without a freeze on feature work.
